For over 12 years, Declare Victory has been a training ground and launching pad for transformation—serving communities throughout California and abroad with unwavering faith, practical love, and Kingdom purpose.

Our mission has remained steadfast:

• Serving the underserved with dignity, compassion, and consistency
• Building leaders and disciples who live boldly and love sacrificially
• Teaching evangelism that meets people where they are and points them to Christ
• Feeding the hungry and clothing those in need as an expression of God’s heart
• Meeting real community needs through outreach, prayer, and presence
• Supporting first-generation college students, helping them break cycles and walk into generational impact

We believe ministry is not confined to four walls—it lives in streets, schools, homes, shelters, and nations. Wherever there is need, Declare Victory shows up with faith in action.

A Call Forged in Critical Times

The years 2020, 2021, and 2024 marked some of the most critical seasons of our generation. They tested faith, exposed foundations, and refined the remnant. Then came 2022, reminding us that even in uncertainty, our times are firmly in His hands.

Now we arrive at 2026.

While the air may still carry the residue of seasons past, one truth is undeniable—it is harvest season. The fields are ready, the laborers are rising, and there is much work to be done.

If you survived what tried to break you, it is because you were created for MORE.

This—my Brother, my Sister—is The Season of MORE.

Understanding that there is more is the difference between completing the assignment and losing heart. In this hour:

• The remnant is rising
• The army is being strengthened
• Those who have been tried, tested, and proven are stepping forward as true Victors

Thank You, Father, for loving me relentlessly, fiercely, and intentionally. Jesus, the force of Your love has been a whirlwind—propelling me into purpose, sometimes painfully, yet always necessarily. You rescued my life, and I’m never turning back.
